Much of your time training at Dragoman Headquarters in UK will be spent learning about the trucks in the workshop and classroom training sessions. Few people who come to work for Dragoman are mechanics by trade so the 8 weeks spent training in Debenham are designed to teach you the basics in truck maintenance and repair.
A huge emphasis is placed upon preventative maintenance, the ethos being that if you look after the truck it will look after you!
Other topics are taught during classroom training deal with areas such as responsible tourism, paperwork and communications, accounting and trip funds, group dynamics, sales... and more.
All of the training at Dragoman Headquarters in Debenham is designed to prepare you for your on-road training with an experienced trip leader.
